Despite the difficult period to attract new people to our vacancies, we managed to get a large number of applications via TikTok, after which we were able to conduct more than enough job interviews. We will use the same campaign again for our recruitment day. Molecule was fast, clear and has more than exceeded our expectations in terms of reach on TikTok.

Westcord Hotels is a Dutch-based hotel chain that includes some of Holland's most iconic hotels like Hotel New York in Rotterdam. Westcord was low on youth staff and aimed to recruit more members to assist in their hotels. The company hoped to use TikTok as a way to target ambitious users on the platform who fit its job qualifications.

Molecule created an employee recruitment campaign on TikTok using the traffic objective and Spark ads, a native ad format that allows businesses to promote their own organic posts as In-Feed Ads. The videos featured employees speaking directly to the camera about "Why you should apply to Westcord" and ended with a strong call to action.

The campaign generated an cost per click of €0.13 and a click-through rate of 4.2% that exceeded their goal by 132%.
